Jim Foley and Mike Orazietti were honored at the 35th Anniversary HOPES (Help Our Parish Elementary Schools) Dinner sponsored by the Office of Catholic Schools, Archdiocese of Hartford, and held at the Aqua Turf Club, Southington on September 23rd. The gathering of over five hundred and thirty included pastors, principals and volunteer leaders representing several school constituencies – parents, grandparents, past parents, alumni and friends. Ninety-nine representatives from 46 schools were honored with the 2012 St. John Neumann Award for Volunteer Service, in recognition of outstanding service to Catholic education at the parish school level.
