HSA June News

Family Assessments are due in full by June 30^th. This is your opportunity as a family and as a member of this community to control tuition increases.  Each family is obligated to fulfill an assessment of $375.00. The assessments are summarized as follows: Fundraising - $200, Volunteer Hours: 25 Bingo Volunteer Hours or $100, and 10 HSA Volunteer Hours, or $75.00

Field Day takes place Monday, June 9th, from 9:30AM to 1:30 PM at Coon Hollow in Derby. Buses will transport the children to and from Coon Hollow. This year field day has an Olympic theme! Each grade has been assigned a country and will represent their country by wearing a color.

Lunch will be provided and includes hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, watermelon, cookies, and water. Please inform us of any allergies. After lunch Mr. Softy’s Ice Cream truck will arrive with soft serve ice cream cones (sprinkles optional), bubble gum, or cotton candy ice cream on a stick for all! Thanks to Mrs. Coppola for providing this special treat.

Donations are also appreciated. We are in need of: Boxes of individual chips, and napkins/paper plates.

Thursday Night Bingo - Doors open at 5:00 PM. Kitchen and ticket sales begin at 5:30 PM. Bingo starts at 6:45 PM. Admission packet costs $10.00 which includes 20 games. There are also five ($1.00) specials, a progressive jackpot, a 50/50, quickie, and bonanza games.
