Thanks to All our Pumpkin Festival Volunteers

A Guest Post by Mark Adams, Chairperson

I would like to thank everyone who helped participate at the Pumpkin Festival on Sunday, their efforts were invaluable for the day-long event. I would like to especially thank Chris Bohon for taking the lead and facilitating all the behind-the-scenes work, there a tremendous amount of planning for such a short period.

Please join me in thanking:
Robert and Michelle Santiago and mom Nilsa Grafals (who absolutely embarrassed me on the grille),
Peter Caraligio,
Lori DiMartino,
Bruce Hescock,
Maria and Vinny Brinkmann,
Maria Alvarez,
Dorota Trojak,
Jim Maher, &
Christine Bohon

We made a nice little profit, got our name out to the community featuring “Mrs. C’s Famous Kielbasa”, and spent some nice and needed bonding time as families of one community.

Thank you again for all your hard work. It is greatly appreciated.

- Mark Adams

Call for Volunteers - Seymour Pumpkin Festival

St. Mary's - St. Michael's  will be sponsoring a food booth at the Seymour Pumpkin Festival on September 22nd, 2013.

We are looking for volunteers the week leading up to the event to help procure materials, to transport the food booth to and from, and to work the booth during the day.

This is an excellent opportunity to possibly complete your HSA assessment
volunteer hours early in the year, to have a great time helping the school, and enjoy the festival. ANY hours you can give will be helpful.
